At Queens Beauty Extensions, we take pride on providing high quality, 100% human hair extensions. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are subject to the following policy:

All Sales Are Final

For sanitary purposes, all hair extension purchase are final sale. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once the product has been opened. worn or tampered with.

Exchanges (If Eligible)

We only accept exchanges under the following conditions:

>The item must be unused, unworn, and the original packaging.

>The security seal / bundle tie must remain intact.

>Request must be made within 3 days of delivery.

If these conditions are met, we may offer an exchange for equal value or store credit only.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

>Opened or used hair extensions,

>Custom orders or special requests,

>Sale or discounted items.

 

Damage or Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged:

>Contact us within 48hrs of delivery.

>Provide your order number + clear photos.

We will gladly correct the issue at no additional cost.


Refunds

Refunds are not issued under any circumstances unless:

>The item is out of stock and cannot be fulfilled.

>A verified issue was caused by our team.

 

Shipping Cost

>Shipping fees are non-refundable.

>Customers are responsible for return shipping (if exchange is approved)
